1. Acceptance of Terms

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) by999 account. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. by999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any secondary accounts found, potentially forfeiting associated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your real name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your by999 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.

• Do not share your by999 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or operate your by999 account.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made from your account, whether or not they were authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact by999 support immediately via the live chat or email channel.
• by999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

You are required to keep your registered contact information current and accurate. 4. Deposits & Payments

by999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only through the following approved payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Deposits made through any other method will not be credited and cannot be refunded without a manual review process.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment provider limits and by999's internal risk controls may apply. All deposit amounts must be in Pakistani Rupees; by999 does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency.

• Deposits are credited to your by999 wallet immediately upon payment confirmation under normal conditions.
• by999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You must only deposit from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing from another person's mobile wallet or bank account is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• by999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account — cannot be guaranteed to be recovered and should be reported immediately.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified by999 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to any payment method registered and verified on your account. by999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• by999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider charges, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• by999 may request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• by999 reserves the right to perform routine security checks on withdrawals, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Check the specific promotion terms for each bonus.
• Accounts with outstanding KYC documents may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

by999 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all games involving random outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by by999, any third party, or any player.

• All bets placed on by999 are final once confirmed. by999 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a game malfunction or server error affecting an active game session, by999 will investigate and resolve the situation fairly. This may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes, or completing rounds based on available data.

• Players who attempt to exploit game software bugs or technical errors will have their accounts suspended and winnings from such play forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on by999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
2. Opening more than one account on by999 under the same or different identities.
3. Using by999 under the age of 18 or allowing any person under 18 to use your account.
4. Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
5. Attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any by999 game.

by999 takes all prohibited conduct seriously. Where criminal activity is suspected, by999 will report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation. Funds associated with prohibited conduct will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on by999 — including but not limited to the by999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of by999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use by999 for your personal entertainment only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any by999 content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the by999 name, logo, or brand in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Screen recording, streaming, or sharing of by999 game content for commercial purposes requires separate written permission from by999.

10. Limitation of Liability

by999 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime, security, and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. by999's liability to you in all circumstances is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your by999 account at the time of the relevant event.

by999 is not liable for:

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms, by999 may forfeit all bonus funds, pending withdrawals under investigation, and funds associated with prohibited activity.
